Membership Fees

If you are experiencing financial difficulties the Executive Committee has a policy in place to review/assess individual cases with a view to offering a discount on membership fees (see below).

PRICING POLICY FOR ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED PERSONS

Southend on Sea Swimming Club wish to promote an environment of equality irrelevant of financial status.

·The Executive Committee will review and assess any persons presenting their case with a view to a reduction/waiver of their membership fees.

·This reduction/waiver will be up to a maximum of 100% of the total fees depending on the individual’s circumstances.

·The Executive Committee will act in such a way so as to maintain confidentiality at all times between the Executive Committee and the Member.

·The Executive Committee will review a case at any time during the financial year to promote equality between all members should their circumstances change within that time.
